Cześć Monika, I continue to enjoy and learn from your lessons. I have a question relating to the phrase (pierwsza w prawo). My Polish dictionary describes pierwszy as an adjective so why is not pierwszy ending in e the neuter form to blend with prawo, please? Best Wishes, Edward.

    • “Pierwsza” here is referring to a noun that is not mentioned, possibly “droga” (a road), that is why it is feminine:
pierwsza (droga) w prawo – first (road) to the right

Cześć Monika, In exploring introductions I have come across the following sentence, ‘Może przejdziemy na ty’, but in trying to understand it I cannot trace the verb from which ‘ przejdziemy’ is conjugated. Can you help, please? Dziękuję, Edward

    • Hi Edward, the verb will be ‘przejść’ (to go through, to pass).
To help you find the basic form of a word, you can try out the online grammatical dictionary ‘Słownik gramatyczny języka polskiego’ http://sgjp.pl/
