1. About
Polish with Monika, owned by Monika Kociuba (registered in Finland, company number FI31757487), sells digital products and online services to customers in Finland and abroad.
2. E-books and video courses
Orders for e-books and online courses are collected through the online shop polishwithmonika.com by adding the products to the shopping cart. The customer needs to create an account or log in to an existing account to submit the order. After submitting the order, a confirmation e-mail will be delivered with a list of products and the price breakdown.
Access to digital products is given after the payment has been recorded. When using the payments via PayPal or Stripe, the order is submitted automatically with an immediate effect.
Links to downloadable digital products (e-books) are listed in the confirmation email and also available after logging in in the “My account” section on website polishwithmonika.com.
Assess to video courses is available via website polishwithmonika.com. Access to video courses is given for 12 months.
In order to view the e-books, the user needs a software for viewing PDF files.
In order to launch the video courses, the user needs: access to Internet, installed up-to-date browser, accepted cookies policy.

It is recommended to view a free sample of a video course on the target device before submitting the order, to make sure it works properly.
3. Private online lessons
Requests for online private lessons are sent via e-mail [email protected]. After agreeing by e-mail on the date and time of the lessons, the customer will receive payment links to enter the number of lessons and complete the order.
Once the payment for the lessons is complete, the customer receives calendar invitation with a meeting link. The lesson is held online via Google Meet tool. Clicking the meeting link on the scheduled time, opens the meeting in the browser or pre-installed app.
Online lessons require a stable internet connection and a computer or mobile device.
4. Prices and payments
The prices in the online store are shown in EUR currency.
Payments are handled via PayPal or via Stripe.
PayPal allows payment through credit/debit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit, or PayPal account balances.
Stripe allows payment through credit/debit cards.
5. Returns and cancellations
The customer has a right to change or return ordered products during 14 days after submitting the order but before downloading the product. Once the digital product has been downloaded, the product cannot be returned.
The customer has the right to cancel an order before the order is delivered.
Private lessons can be rescheduled free of charge when notifying by email at least four hours before the lesson starts. When the student does not cancel the lesson at least four hours before the appointment time and does not show up for the lesson, there will be a fee applied for a full lesson.
